How do I know which treatment is right for my skin type?
During your free virtual consultation, one of our skin therapists will analyze your concerns, lifestyle, and goals. We then recommend a phased treatment plan that blends in-studio services with at-home routines so you see measurable results without unnecessary steps.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. Every formula we use and retail is certified cruelty-free, and the majority are vegan. If a product contains animal-derived ingredients (such as ethically sourced honey), we’ll flag it and suggest alternatives if you prefer a fully vegan regimen.
What is your refund or rescheduling policy?
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Because our slots are in high demand, no-shows and late cancellations incur a 50 % service fee. Skincare products can be returned within 14 days if unopened and accompanied by proof of purchase.
